Caprese Salad

Preparation:
1. Slice the tomatoes into ½ cm rounds.
2. Cut the Yellow Sunshine into ½ cm slices.
3. On a plate, alternate layers of tomato slices and Yellow Sunshine.
3. Tuck basil leaves in between the layers.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the salad.
5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
· 2–3 medium ripe tomatoes
. 1 block of Yellow Sunshine (flavor of your choice)
. A handful of fresh basil leaves
. 1–2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
. Balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)
. Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
